Searock is promoted by technocrats with decades of experience in mechanical engineering design and manufacturing. The promoters have a deep understanding of both small and large batch manufacturing and have honed their skills as senior management in professional manufacturing organisations. In addition to manufacturing, the promoter team have expertise and interests in design, engineering analysis and software services.

  
 

Searock has strived to build a professional management team capable of providing the required focus and leadership to drive the growth of the company.

Kishan Doss (B.E, Mechanical Engineering) – Director (Operations) is responsible for the overall management and production activities in Searock. Kishan has over 10 years of core machining and manufacturing experience and has been responsible for the performance and quality systems implementation at Searock.

Hari Doss (B.E, M.S (Mechanical Engineering)) – Director (Business Development) is responsible for new business development and strategy planning at Searock. After internships at Compaq Computers and Ingersoll Rand, USA, he was territory sales manager for Computational Fluid Dynamics Software CFX of AEA Technology in Pittsburgh, USA. In 1996, he moved to India as the Country Head (India) for CFX. Post acquisition of CFX by ANSYS Inc., USA, he became the Director (Business Development) for all ANSYS products for ANSYS in India.
